Lastly, you certainly won't want to miss the start of the Free Movies at the Lake. We are kicking off the season with the wildly popular Avatar. The movies start at dusk (around 8:45 p.m.) There will be concessions available, offering popcorn, candy, soft drinks and more at affordable prices. Also, each week the Chamber will be holding a food drive benefiting a local charity so be sure to bring a non-perishable food item with you.

This summer has so much to offer so be sure to check the calendar of events on the Chamber's website frequently at www.pleasureislandnc.org
